Hang out with weird, an thou shall be weird

All of you know Tom Peters probably, well just a few weeks ago I received an email from a friend of mine who sent me an old video on Innovation by Tom Peters. I've seen this a number of times, and really really love this clip! It is interesting to re-state and remember that there are ways for people to become innovative. Toyota, Google, IBM, Intel were not just born innovative, they actually have things they do which make them more innovative. There are processes, actions, and sequences of processes people use to learn and become innovative. I absolutely love this quote: "Hang out with weird, an thou shall be weird!!!", and also this one: "To be remarkable, you don't follow someone who is remarkable"... This little clip from early 2007 is full of these nice little quotes and lessons on innovations... Love this clip... Enjoy!
